since teenhood, when i thought therapist [the rapist] was funnier’n hell, imagine my glee when i found it had a name: psychotherapist [psycho the rapist] lol

since you’re a pro, you should be aware the word is extrAvert [as opposed to intrOvert] :O …took me a long time to accept that

as for intentions, once upon a time i intended to become a psychologist, not the run-of-the-mill kind, but a para type…

i used to was a psych major, for two years, then life bit my ass… and i ended up a writer/editor/animator… same thing, kinda/sorta, but with a different smell

what the hell makes you think freudians are sexy?

Thanks, Nicole! I too am a HUGE Dorothea fan. She inspires me.

I will definitely write more about couple’s work. I am particularly interested in John Bowlby’s work on attachment and how it impacts couples. The book that I think might be helpful to those who are trying to understand how their and their partner’s attachment issues impact relationship is “Hold me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love”. It is based on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, which is the modality I use with couples.
